Did you know that

While a certified home inspection offers a general overview, a Texas licensed professional inspection is crucial for detecting hidden issues that might otherwise go unnoticed. In fact, Texas law requires home inspectors to be licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, ensuring a higher standard of expertise and accountability.

Be cautious of home inspection services that advertise unusually low fees—while the price might seem appealing, it can be a red flag. These lower rates often stem from a lack of experience, limited scope of services, rushed inspections, or even the absence of proper licensing and insurance. Ultimately, saving a few dollars upfront may lead to costly consequences if serious issues go undetected.
